Why You Need This

You need a meetings and communication plan with a known and predictable schedule. These moments are the heartbeat of the project. The plan will also help onboard new team members. If you can add these to a shared calendar, that's probably preferrable, but in the planning stages, not always practical. That's when sheets like these come in handy. Let me know if anything can be improved upon.
