Wide Screen Monitor

Now that my long-term client-site staff-augmentation-style project is coming to a close, I will now be able to work from home. After working for a remote-first company for ~5 years, having to be on-site with daily face time has been quite a challenge. It's not terrible but I'm ready to have the option to WFH. I like working, my brain needs it. I don't, however, like working somewhere that equates butts-in-seats with a measure of my value or output.

I've decided to invest in my home office setup. I went to Costco and got a LG 34" 21:9 UltraWide monitor. It's not very good, as far as graphics go but HOLY WOW is it nice to have 3 things up at once. Or working with spreadsheets and tables. I don't know how any tester could work without this. There is no way I'll be able to go back to a non-wide display. Highly recommend and it was only ~250ish.
